Practice Maths (“we”, “us”) is operated by Rachel Dudley (ABN: 38 813 185 029). We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Email address — to create your account and send you access details.
- Year level — to grant access to the correct grade content.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your Practice Maths account.
- To send you your account setup email and any important service updates.
- To verify your subscription and grant access to content.
We do not sell your information, send marketing emails, or share your data with third parties except as described below.
3. Third-party services
We use the following services to operate the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — secure storage of account and subscription data. Servers located in Australia (ap-southeast-2).
- Resend — transactional email delivery (account setup emails only).
- Netlify — website hosting. May collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type).
4. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
6. Your rights
